Now, if you want to remove the shell from a bunch at a time then lie down the seeds on a flat surface and start rolling over them using a rolling pin. You don’t have to put so much pressure but enough that the shells crack lightly.
Then add the seeds into hot boiling water for five minutes and the shells will fall off.
On the contrary, if you are willing to peel the seeds individually then you just have to grab a seed between your thumb and index finger. Now, gently fold the seed in half repeatedly until you see that the shell cracks.
When the shell will crack it will become much easier for you to remove the outer shell from the seed.
